Remember: Not all spirits and nightmares are bad. Be aware of what you are vanquishing or removing-- it could be an entity or thought that is meant to guide or warn you, a past life vision/trauma that requires shadow work, or is a past lover. If this kit doesn't vanquish all nightmares, that could mean that the ones left are important, or you have a bigger issue (contact me and we can step it up.)
